PEX 110 — Aerobic Activities

1.5 credits · 1.5 hours

This course is designed to meet the needs of students who want practical instruction in ways to improve their cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility through various aerobic activities and stretching movements. Lectures may include areas of basic nutrition, body composition, posture analysis, and principles of safe and effective exercise. This course is not open to students who have received credit in PE 132B.
