ESL 105 — ESL Grammar, Reading, and Writing 5

This is a high-intermediate integrated skills course designed to improve academic reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills of non-native speakers of English. Students continue to use the writing process as a means of developing ideas into clear, correct, and effective writing. Critical reading, expository paragraph writing, application of advanced grammar concepts, sentence variety, vocabulary development, and communication skills are taught with teaching methods that facilitate comprehension for English language learners. This course is not open to students who enrolled or received credit in ESL 5.
