ENGL 257 — Readings in Creative Nonfiction
This course explores the techniques of creative nonfiction, a genre of prose that treats nonfiction subjects with the creativity required to elevate the writing to the level of literature. Students will learn from models of various forms of creative nonfiction, such as memoir, personal essay, literary journalism, nature writing, and travel writing.
