WEBD 1015 - Project Planning WEBD 1015 - Project Planning Hours/Week: Lecture 2 Lab 2 Course Description: This course introduces established planning processes and practices as they relate to project execution in the visual communications field. Topics include the practical aspects of planning and scheduling, conducting risk assessment, resource allocation, and performance measurement, all of which are required for successful project completion.
