This course addresses the administrative professionals role in this challenging work environment. The student will be exposed to patterns of work, current technology, skills, and abilities necessary to succeed in the workplace. Students will create an electronic portfolio. Demonstrate effective oral & written communication (language skills). Prepare notices, agendas, and minutes. Determine the role of teams in an organization.
