This course introduces basic medical procedural coding guidelines. Students will focus on basic Current Procedural Terminology-4 (CPT-4) coding (Anesthesia, E&M, Surgical, Pathology/Laboratory, Radiology, and Medicine) and Healthcare Procedural Coding System (HCPCS) codes.
