Course assignments and activities provide the opportunity to explore the advertising industry, discuss campaigns, advertisements, and promotional pieces, and analyze how advertising and sales promotion can best be used to reach the target audience. In addition, the course covers how advertising and sales promotion are planned, created, executed, and used to build a brand and communicate value to the target audience.
