KBD 2030 - Business Practices for Kitchen and Bath Design KBD 2030 - Business Practices for Kitchen and Bath Design Hours/Week: Lecture 1 Lab 2 Course Description: This course addresses aspects of managing and/or owning a kitchen and/or bath design business. Course activities include the completion of some of the contract documents needed to ensure the timely installation of a project from start to completion along with follow-up procedures. Topics include business basics, creating a business plan and marketing plan, how financing is handled, how to price products and services, how to manage inventory, how to market a business and how to keep an organization motivated and up to date. This course requires enrollment in Kitchen and Bath Design Program.
