DENH 2020 - General and Oral Pathology DENH 2020 - General and Oral Pathology Hours/Week: Lecture 3 Lab 0 Internship hours per week 0 Course Description: This course is a study of general and oral pathology with topics of special interest to the dental hygienist. Topics include the etiology and symptomatology of oral diseases and oral manifestations of systemic diseases. Special emphasis is placed on the hygienist’s role in educating patients about oral health and disease and modifying dental hygiene treatment plans for patients who have pathological conditions.
