DENA 1021 - Dental Materials DENA 1021 - Dental Materials Hours/Week: Lecture 2 Lab 2 Course Description: This course addresses the basic knowledge and skills required for the Dental Assistant in the dental office. Course activities provide technical and hands-on experience with dental materials used in operative, restorative, specialty, and laboratory procedures. Students must be able to perform physical tasks to complete course requirements and pass a Department of Human Services background study with no restrictions.
