CSCI 1058 - Introduction to Programming with JavaScript CSCI 1058 - Introduction to Programming with JavaScript Hours/Week: Lecture 3 Lab 0 Course Description: Course activities focus on the use of the JavaScript language to introduce programming and Computer Science to students. Students will be introduced to common algorithms, computational thinking and design techniques. Fundamental programming structures and tools will be used to implement designs. Course activities focus on the use of JavaScript to design, code, debug, and test introductory web applications. Related topics and techniques such as HTML and CSS will be presented. Effective practices of documentation and programming style will be used.
