It concentrates on building skills business professionals use to successfully communicate in the workplace. Topics include etiquette, interviewing, small and large group meetings, presentations, and business correspondence. This course examines nonverbal, intercultural, technological and ethical aspects of business communications. Students will develop search skills for career entry or advancement.
