BMGT 2030 - Principles of Management BMGT 2030 - Principles of Management Hours/Week: Lecture 3 Lab 0 Course Description: This course is a study of the foundations, principles, and functions of management. The emphasis is on planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling resources in organizations. Managerial strategies and decision models are analyzed, including considerations of demographics, diversity, and globalization.
