Offers an in-depth analysis of Indigenous People in Oregon. Covers early contact, both cultural and political histories, as well as current issues. Presents themes such as sovereignty, traditional knowledge, and legislative impacts on both tribes and individuals. Places lens and perspective of Indigenous people at the forefront of this course.
