TECHNIQUES (15-45-2) This course provides instruction in the fundamentals of metal welding and cutting techniques. AED programs enhance students’ foundational education, critical thinking, digital literacy, soft skills, and industry-specific competencies, enabling success across various industries, regardless of their academic or career goals. AED provides flexible scheduling options, including morning, afternoon, evening, and online classes. Additionally, AED offers resources tailored for out-of-school youth, underemployed and unemployed adults, and reentry populations in Central Georgia. Learning experiences are focused on streamlining adult education across systems to shorten the time between attaining a high school equivalency credential and a stackable college credential.
