Total Hours 15 Master WELDER I (MW21) Technical Certificate of Credit The Master Welder I certificate is designed to prepare students for careers in the welding industry. Program learning opportunities develop technical, professional knowledge and skills required for job acquisition, retention, and advancement. The program emphasizes welding theory and practical application necessary for successful employment. Program graduates receive a Master Welder I TCC and have the qualifications of an Advanced Shielded Metal Arc Welder and are prepared to take qualification tests.
