LGST 1140 — | TORT LAW

This course introduces the student to the basic concepts of substantive tort law. Topics include: concepts of intentional torts, negligence and product liability; causation and liability concepts; damages and defenses; and special tort actions and immunities. Prerequisite: ENGL 1101, LGST 1100, LGST 1105 Co-requisite: LGST 1100
