WLF2201 — Wildland Firefighter Training
This certification-related course is designed to provide training in entry-level firefighting skills on the wildland fire line, to include specific hours/content related to the issuance of ?red cards? that are part of the wildland fire qualification system used by federal and state wildland fire management agencies as a minimum firefighter standard. This wildland suppression skills course must be taught to National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) standards for Firefighter Training, to include course management, course content, prerequisites, and instructor qualifications.
