WLF2200 — Wildland Fire Human Factors
This certification-related wildland fire training course is designed for unit-level supervisors to use when delivering orientation training to new crewmembers. Topics include situation awareness, basic communication responsibilities, attitude and stress barriers, decision making process, and teamwork principles. This leadership course must be taught to National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) standards for Human Factors in the Wildland Fire Service, to include course management, course content, prerequisites, and instructor qualifications.
