WAT3100W8 — Wastewater Operator III
This course provides a general knowledge of the operation of wastewater treatment systems. Students will learn about general mechanical and maintenance requirements, activated sludge, solids disposal, and lab procedures. This course prepares students for the NC Water Pollution Control System Operators Certification Commission Examination. ***** Prerequisites: Students must have successfully completed Wastewater Operator I & II and have a working knowledge of algebra and geometry.
