SEFMLSS3 — SHRM-CP/SCP Exam Preparation
This course is designed for human resource professionals preparing for the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) exams. Participants will engage in a comprehensive review of the SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge® (SHRM BASK®), covering key behavioral competencies and HR functional areas. Utilizing the SHRM Learning System, the course combines expert instruction with peer discussion to reinforce complex concepts and exam-taking strategies. This course is intended for exam preparation; Central Carolina Community College does not administer the official certification exams. ***** Enrollment & Eligibility Requirements: Basic computer literacy is required. Students should review SHRM's eligibility requirements regarding years of HR experience and education level before pursuing the exam. ***** Software and Technology: Students will need access to a computer or tablet with PowerPoint and a pdf reader. Access to the SHRM Learning System (online platform) is required for course materials and practice exams.
