HOS3060 — Events and Convention Planning
This course is designed to instruct students in the planning and coordination of special events, meetings, and conventions. Topics will include event and meeting design and objectives, program planning, food and beverage catering, and vendors and other resources and organizations available to assist with coordination of major events. This course may also provide information for students beginning their own commercial business in planning special events such as weddings, conferences, or other events.
