HOS3042 — Environmental Services Mgmt
This course provides participants effective communication strategies, leadership skills development, and the science behind cleaning including topics of management and specific technical and administrative skills pertaining to the environmental services industry. Participants will be able to immediately apply newly learned skills, reference real world examples, and institute proven best practices which can be applied to any industry. Students will be prepared to seek IEHA certification as Registered Environmental Executive or Certified Environmental Services Executive depending on IEHA requirements.
