HIT3500 — HIT Tech/Software Support
This course is designed to train experienced healthcare or information technology professionals to maintain and support the 'EHR' Electronic Health Record system in healthcare settings. Topics include: maintenance and upgrade of systems through patches and configuration, customer service for help desk operations, information technology diagnostics and solutions implementation, and maintenance of systems security and standards. Upon completion of this training the student will be able to provide ongoing routine support of EHR systems.
