FIP5586 — Marine FF Land-Based
This course presents the Marine Firefighter candidate with the basic knowledge required for firefighting operations aboard commercial/military vessels. This series will present the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and ability to satisfy the requirements of NFPA 1005: Standard for Professional Qualifications for Marine Fire Fighting for Land-Based Fire Fighters (2019 edition). This course should be offered consistent with the most current NC Fire and Rescue Commission guidelines; contact the Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM) for details.
