This program is designed to benefit fire, rescue, EMS, law enforcement, telecommunications, mental health professionals, MSW's, chaplains, supervisory staff, administrators, and other emergency services personnel who may be called upon to provide support for people who have been affected by a traumatic event in the course of their duties. Family members may also benefit from this course to gain an understanding of critical incident stress, its effects, and management, and to promote interest and involvement in family support programs.
