EPT4965 — All-Haz Resource Unit Leader
This course provides an overview of Resources Unit Leader (RESL) responsibilities, the Planning Section and the planning process to contextualize the Resources Unit for students unfamiliar with the planning process or the Incident Command System (ICS). Specific topics include resource tracking systems, operational planning, resource products/outputs, and status/check-in and demobilization functions. Exercises/simulations, discussions, and a final exam enable students to process and apply new knowledge. (Reference NETC: E/L-965)
