This class prepares auto technicians and service personnel as NC On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) inspectors for assessing motor vehicles. Course topics include regulations and test inspection procedures required by the NC Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Enforcement Section for OBD emission inspectors. ***** Enrollment Requirements: Students must possess a valid NC drivers license, be able to read, write and speak English. ***** Prerequisites: A prerequisite for this course is Vehicle Safety Inspection, DMV-3129V1.
