Carpentry General Certificate
Prepares students for careers in carpentry, with a focus on developing in-demand skills and professional development essential to today's competitive construction industry. Students will be proficient in working with all types of commercial and residential building materials, interpreting project plans, and using jobsite technology to achieve broadly marketable skills. Prerequisite: Must have the consent of the Program Director and be affiliated with the Southwest Carpenters Training Fund.
