Culinary Arts I Certificate
A Degree Progress Audit is a review of past, current and future coursework that provides information on completed and outstanding requirements necessary to complete a degree/certification. Please refer to your Academic Catalog or Academic Advisor for additional program specific requirements. The Culinary Arts I Certificate prepares students to become entry-level culinary professionals within a commercial food service operation. Credits earned may be applied toward the Culinary Arts II Certificate and the Hotel & Restaurant Management AAS Degree. Recommended proficiency: High school diploma or GED recommended.
