Institutional Food Preparation Certificate
A Degree Progress Audit is a review of past, current and future coursework that provides information on completed and outstanding requirements necessary to complete a degree/certification. Please refer to your Academic Catalog or Academic Advisor for additional program specific requirements. This Certificate prepares inmates to enter the job market in the hospitality industry and for a career in hospitality management. Inmates apply their skills by working in the food service preparation areas within the Correctional facility. Prerequisite: GED or high school diploma.
