HRT250 — Small Scale Farm Ops Capstone
A capstone experience to develop a cumulative farm plan consisting of a crop plan, marketing model, and food safety plan. Effective communication skills will be emphasized to enhance the ability to work in pairs or collaborative groups while preparing to present a plan relevant to small scale farm operations.
