CIS 123 — Google IT Professional Support IV - System Administration and IT Infrastructure
Prerequisite: CIS 122 This course is the fourth in a series intended to prepare students for employment as entry-level IT support specialists. This course covers how to maintain reliable computer systems in a multi-user environment, how to manage and configure servers, how to recover IT infrastructure in the event of a disaster, and how to use industry tools to manage computers, user information and user productivity.
