Architectural Technology (Fast-Track)
The Architectural Technology Program provides students with advanced skills and knowledge associated with the design and construction of buildings. Fifth and sixth semester courses provide additional expertise and specialization beyond the fundamental skills acquired by architectural technicians, Students will use computer aided drafting and sketching techniques to prepare design and contract documents for residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional building types. Special emphasis will be placed on the environmental and sustainable building characteristics. Qualified students will gain practical experience through co-operative education placements.
