Paralegal - Court and Tribunal Agent
The Paralegal - Court and Tribunal Agent diploma program is intended to provide students with the training required to become licensed paralegals in Ontario pursuant to the requirements of the Law Society Act. Upon completion of this program, students will gain theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the areas of law in which licensed paralegals may practice. The program emphasizes the development of written and oral advocacy skills in all areas of authorized paralegal practice, ethics, and practice management.
