Airframe Assembly
The Airframe Assembly program will provide students with the knowledge and skills required to perform complex airframe assembly as required by the aviation manufacturing industry. The program focuses on airframe assembly through the application of specific technical skill sets relating to materials, riveting techniques, structural assembly and stresses. Graduates of the program will have acquired the skill sets necessary to work in the aviation manufacturing workforce. The skill sets acquired (i.e. blueprint reading, cutting/forming, riveting, etc . ) are also transferrable to other trades such as: Sheet metal, Construction, Industrial, Transportation.
