Real Estate
The Real Estate curriculum provides the prelicensing education required by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, prepares individuals to enter the profession, and offers additional education to meet professional development needs. Course work includes the practices and principles of real estate, emphasizing financial and legal applications, property development, and property values. Graduates should qualify for the North Carolina Real Estate license examination. They should be able to enter apprenticeship training and to provide real estate services to consumers in a competent manner.
