RTE2762 — CT PROCEDURES AND PATIENT CARE
This course is a study of human anatomy as viewed in sectional planes. Students will compare planar anatomy to sectional anatomy and recognize anatomical structures as seen in computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. Studies will include the cranium, brain, chest, abdomen, spine, pelvis, and extremities. Topics include a review of patient care, contrast media and adverse reactions, and imaging protocols for the head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and spine. CT- guided interventional techniques will also be discussed.
