ENG2101 — THE FILM AS LITERATURE

Introduction to the film as literature; examination of the elements of film contrasted to the elements of novels and plays, with emphasis on the basic components of fiction as translated into visual images; viewing of films and evaluation. ENG2101 is a writing credit course. Students must earn a minimum grade of C to meet the requirements of the Gordon Rule for writing.
