CIV 195 - Erosion Control and Storm Water CIV 195 - Erosion Control and Storm Water 3 credits Presents the basic fundamentals of erosion and sediment control to the practical problems of drainage design. The use of design aids with supportive theory is stressed to insure an understanding of the background, the theory of development, basic assumptions and limitations of the various methods of controlling storm water run off and limiting sediment erosion across a site. Lecture: 3 hours. Total: 3 hours per week.
