VET 230 — Veterinary Hospital Management. (3 Credits)

Introduces common business procedures used in veterinary practice. Includes bill collection, appointment scheduling, telephone techniques, record keeping, merchandising, drug ordering and inventory control, and supervision of employees. Lecture 3 hours per week. Total 3 hours per week.
