WTRD 4304 - Workplace Learning and Development WTRD 4304 - Workplace Learning and Development CIP TBD This course provides students with the core skills necessary to facilitate group interactions through the use of process tools for facilitators and practical decision-making for change. The course will first explore facilitation and understanding the facilitator’s role within a group. Students will then investigate and discuss the stages of facilitation from assessment to feedback and will examine the dynamics of facilitation for groups. (3 lecture, 0 lab) Required skill level: College level reading, writing, and math.
