ASL-281 — ASL Lab 3
This course provides an opportunity to enhance the review and expansion of essential skills in American Sign Language. Emphasis is placed on the progressive development of expressive and receptive skills through the study of authentic and representative literary and cultural texts, supported by various supplementary learning media and materials, as well as engagement with the Deaf community. Upon completion, students should be able to communicate effectively, accurately, and creatively in American Sign Language about the past, present, and future, while demonstrating increased cultural fluency through real-world application.
