MA209 — Medical Assisting Externship
MA 209 - Medical Assisting Externship MA 209 - Medical Assisting Externship Credits - 3 Lab - 3 During the Medical Assisting Externship, students will be placed in a clinic or medical office to begin to familiarize themselves with an active clinic setting. Under the guidance of a preceptor, the student will perform duties which do not require patient contact in addition to administrative and clinical duties. The student will not receive payment for their externship. A.O.T. and the A.A.S. degrees.
