DSL 162 - Engine Repair I DSL 162 - Engine Repair I Credits - 4 Lecture - 3 Lab - 1 This course provides up-to-date, interactive training through classroom study, use of internet website information, and hands-on experience in the “virtual workplace” or lab, for the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of diesel engines. Special focus will be on the performance of the lubrication system, cooling systems, air induction, turbochargers, and charge air cooling. Students will remove, recondition, and reassemble diesel engines. A.O.T. and the A.A.S. degrees.

Prerequisites: DSL161, DSL181, AGM131
