CS 179B - Introduction to Networking II CS 179B - Introduction to Networking II Credits - 3 Lecture - 2 Lab - 1 Students will learn the essentials of installing, configuring, securing, and maintaining computer networks. Students learn to diagnose and resolve simple network problems, analyze network traffic, and gain familiarity with common protocols and media types. This is the second course in a two-term sequence. A.O.T.) degree and the Associate of Science (A.S.) degree. Note: Courses meeting distribution requirements may always be used as electives in the transfer degrees.
