ELT231 — Programmable Controls I

3 credits Emphasis is placed on, but not limited to, the following: hardwiring associated with the PLC, different options available with most PLCs, and basic ladder logic programming. Upon completion, students must demonstrate their ability by developing programs, loading programs into real world PLCs, and troubleshooting the system, if necessary.

Prerequisites: ELT102
