ENET130 — Semi-Conductors
5 CR This course introduces semiconductor discrete components such as; diodes, bipolar transistors, FETS, MOSFET, SCR, diacs, triacs, and UJT. Circuit applications include; switching, amplifiers, oscillators, and power supply circuits. Practical labs and projects the students understand circuit constructions and troubleshooting techniques.
