CRT132 — Non-Ferrous Auto Collision Welding

5 CR This course covers Metal Inert gas (MIG) welding of non-ferrous 1mm to 2.5mm aluminum for the auto collision industry, including assembly and disassembly of the major components of a GMAW welder. Students will also learn how to troubleshoot welder malfunctions and welding defects to produce a quality weld. Completion Of or Concurrent Enrollment In: CRT 131 and CRT 133 with a C- or better.

Prerequisites: CRT101, CRT131, CRT133
