1 CR Formerly NURS 233Z . This course provides students with the opportunity to engage in the health promotion of obstetric patients and their families. Students gain confidence in articulating nursing priorities, developing clinical reasoning while continuing reflective practice. Grading: Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory. Utilize culturally appropriate and evidence-based practice in planning care for obstetric clients, neonates, and their families.
